How do you get onto a team and when are auditions held?

To become a part of The Works Company we ask dancers to audition.  Our auditions are held in groups according to dancer’s ages to allow the instructors to see individual skill level as well as identify which dancers would be best together on the same team.  During the audition our instructors lead them through various dance techniques including Ballet and Jazz.
